Cross country (XC) is a key part of our club calendar, running from October to February with four off road fixtures across Surrey. For the past few years, Elmbridge has proudly co-hosted one of these events in the beautiful Oxshott Woods and we’re excited to be doing so again this season.
XC is a brilliant way to build strength and endurance through the winter months, and it’s always great fun. The camaraderie across all the clubs makes for an amazing atmosphere at every fixture.
We field women's and men’s teams, open to everyone, whatever your age or ability, and the club covers all entry fees. Last year, both our teams earned promotion, thanks to the fantastic turnouts and team spirit shown throughout the season. We are always looking for more runners to join our teams - please reach out to the captains if you would like to get involved; they will be happy to answer any questions.
