
Based in Weybridge, Surrey, we’ve been part of the local running community since 1982. We’re a friendly, inclusive club affiliated to England Athletics, and we welcome runners of all abilities — from those just getting comfortable with parkrun to experienced marathoners.
Our regular club sessions focus on social running, fitness and steady improvement, with mixed-ability groups so everyone can run at a pace that suits them.
If you’re new to running, we run Couch to 5K courses throughout the year — a great way to build confidence before joining the main club sessions.
We meet several times a week for group runs, track sessions and weekend outings, and lots of members take part in local races, parkruns and relays. Whatever your goals, you’ll find support, variety and plenty of friendly faces.
About Our Club



Tuesday 7:00pm - Elmbridge Canoe Club
Our main club night and the best session for newcomers. We meet at Elmbridge Canoe Club (by the river in Weybridge) before splitting into pace groups led by experienced members. Each group follows a different route, usually 45–60 minutes.
Wednesday 7:00pm - Xcel Sports Hub
Our main track night and a popular mid-week workout. Each session focuses on a different type of training — such as intervals, pacing or endurance work — making it a great option for anyone looking to improve their running or add some variety to their training.
Thursday 10:00am - Xcel Sports Hub
A daytime alternative to Wednesday, offering the same approach in a smaller group. It’s ideal for runners with flexible schedules or those who prefer training in daylight, while still benefiting from a clear and structured session plan.
Thursday 7:00pm
In summer (May–September) we meet at West End, Esher for off-road and scenic routes and in autumn/winter (October–April) we meet at Elmbridge Canoe Club for well-lit road runs.
Sunday 9:00am - Various Locations
Our Sunday run is typically longer than the mid-week runs and is a great way to explore the local area off-road. We regularly run in locations such as Bushy or Richmond parks, or the Surrey Hills.
