We run track sessions twice a week at the Xcel Sports Hub in Walton-on-Thames. These sessions are designed to help runners build speed and strength and confidence in a supportive environment. All abilities are welcome, and everyone is encouraged to work at an effort level that suits them. 


Sessions follow recognised training principles and are planned and led by experienced club members. Track sessions are included in club membership at no extra cost.


Wednesday – 7:00 pm

Our main track night and a popular mid-week workout. Each session has a specific focus - such as intervals, pacing, or endurance - making it ideal for runners looking to improve performance or add variety to their training.


Thursday – 10:00 am

A daytime alternative to our Wednesday session and perfect for runners with flexible schedules or those who prefer training in daylight, while still benefiting from structured workouts.
